Who we are.
TovariMe is a small family business in Sofia. We have two VW Crafter 3.5-tonne cargo vans with tail lifts, and we rent them out — to people who are moving, to small businesses that need flexibility, to tradespeople who need transport for a day.
Our site is built around one idea: book it yourself, anytime, without calls or negotiation. See when they're free, pay by card or on-site, come pick up.
Questions.
18 years + valid B category driver's license. No minimum driving experience required.
€150. Fully refundable on return in good condition. Paid on-site at pickup.
Private clients: ID card + driver's license. Companies: ID + license + company registration number (for invoice).
On request — yes, to neighboring EU countries. Get in touch in advance to discuss conditions (green card, fees, etc.).
The vans are not rented for: dirty construction waste, loose materials (sand, gravel, cement), hazardous/flammable liquids, heavily soiled furniture/clothes without packaging.
Up to 1 hour late — no charge. Over 1 hour — half-day fee applies. Always call us if you're running late.
Free up to 48 hours before pickup. After that — one day's rate retained as cancellation fee. Deposit fully refunded.
Yes. We issue VAT invoices with company details (name, registration number, VAT number if applicable).
The van is picked up full and returned full. If returned with less — additional fuel cost + €10 service fee.
